We will begin construction on our model home by the end of May.

We are working with a few clients and builders on several new projects.  Should start one in Hallsley very soon, have one in Tarrington that is in the design stage and two others that we are pricing.  With a little luck we will have a good Spring housing market.  We expect prices to go up on the majority of materials (shingles, drywall, steel, carpet, vinyl) so now is definitely the best time to build.

New clients are looking for functional new home at an affordable price.  We are designing a new floor plan that includes multi-purpose space.  The command center in the kitchen allows the children to do homework while dinner is being prepared and the office/playroom provides just the right amount of separation for when guests come over.  Total  finished space is +/- 2825 SF and the costs are currently below $350,000.  Check it out and see if you like it.
