We are Class A certified.  We can build your home, however certain locations have specific requirements as to which builders are permitted.  In these instances, we will BID your job to the approved builders and get you the best price for your home.

Once your home is built on paper, bidding it to builders is simple.  We evaluate your project and determine which builders are best suited.  Then we schedule meetings with each builder to review the project.

Banks are dictating how much you can afford. So its important to determine how much financing you will have available for your project.  If you haven't already contacted a bank, we can provide some recommendations for you.  Once we know your budget, we can then match the location, the design and the amenities to your new home.

Absolutely, we have access to hundreds of available lots in the central Virginia area. Most are in subdivisions, however we do have many that are single parcels of land further out in rural areas.

We have relationships with some of the top agents in the central Virginia region.  These agents understand  how HomeBidders works and that our goal is not just to sell a home, but actually move on to building a new one.

We have about 20 plans that you can started with and will redesign any of them to fit your needs.  However, if we don't have a plan that you like then we'll be glad to work with you to find one online or in a plan book and design it to meet your needs.

Great, bring it on in and we'll get started on making any revisions necessary and finish making it permit and construction ready.

Your budget will drive every aspect of your home.  We will work with you to understand what the most important aspects of your home are and guide you towards those goals.  If the costs begin to exceed your budget we will advise you of any changes that need to be made.

We receive pricing information from local suppliers and sub-contractors on a weekly and monthly basis.  It's what we do!

We have relationships with 15-20 builders within the Richmond and surrounding areas.  However we won't work with just any builder.  We will only recommend builders that we know are capable of meeting your projects needs.

Design & Drafting rates: $50 per hour. 

 

HomeBidders is your home building project manager or "Coach".  We help you design your home, estimate the costs of your home and bid the project to local builders. 

We leverage our experience in construction and the relationships we have built over the last decade to make sure your dream home is realized within your budget.  

Additionally, we help manage the communications between you and your builder to ensure your new home is exactly what you want it to be.
