How do we get started on a plan? If you are just starting out and need help finding a plan design to start with, we’ve got you covered. Browse our HomeBidders plan portfolio or just go out to the internet and see what you like. In some cases you may have a plan already and just need to make some revisions. Our team can make those revisions and get your plans “permit ready.” Finally, if you just have concepts and ideas and need help getting them into a design, we have the experience to design a house from scratch. We’ll help you throughout the process making sure the house plan fits the lot, adheres to the style and sticks to the budget.
