Step 3: Defining your Home Location & Style

Where you want to live may dictate the style of your home or the style of home you want may dictate where you want to live. Most subdivisions have guidelines for acceptable building materials and architectural styles. We’ll help you figure it all out. If you wish to be in a neighborhood with certain amenities, then we’ll help you find that neighborhood. We’ll work with our real estate partners, premium builders & other developers to find the lot you want at an affordable price. Lot sizes & setbacks will also need to be considered when choosing your homes’ location, size and style of house.
