Step 1: Establishing Your Preliminary Budget

Before we can get started on your project we need to have a general idea of your project’s budget. This is a preliminary number which we will use as a guide when discussing your plan ideas, house size and amenities. During this step we will discuss your house plan ideas, goals, and budget to create the home you have always wanted. It also is the first step in determining what we will submit to the bank as discussed in Step 2.
